Reward Offered to Solve Sevierville Burglaries

The owner of a local business that was allegedly burglarized twice this month is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person responsible for the crimes.

According to the Sevierville Police Department, thieves reportedly burglarized Tudor House Antiques and Collectibles, located at 1417 Winfield Dunn Parkway in Sevierville, in the early morning on Oct. 5, 2015 and again during the late evening or early morning hours Oct. 10-11, 2015. In both cases, a person or persons reportedly entered the business and stole numerous items of jewelry and costume jewelry. The business owner estimates the value of all missing items to be almost $14,000. In the second burglary, a pair of vintage rhinestone earrings (valued at $2,000) was also reportedly stolen.

Anyone with information on these burglaries is asked to contact Detective Milliron at 865-868-1747.
