Summit Strategic Solutions has promoted Susan Loveday to vice president of talent strategies and relations. She previously served as director of talent support and organizational development.
Loveday will work with the CEO and executive team to meet company and client goals through processes such as: enhancing the patient healthcare experience, goal setting, talent selection, diversity, employee relations, training and development, compensation strategies, succession planning, performance management and legal compliance.

A human resources professional with 20 years of management experience, Loveday earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Radford University in Virginia. She holds memberships with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and American Medical Group Association, and she is a SHRM senior certified professional and a senior professional in human resources.
Loveday is a Toastmaster Competent Communicator and United Way loaned executive. She lives in Sevierville with her husband, Chad, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her dogs.
