The spring Sevierville Yard Sale will be held Saturday along US-411 in Sevierville.
The sale will run one day only, April 8, 2017 from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. along U.S. Route 411 (Dolly Parton Parkway / Newport Highway) between Sevierville and Newport. There is no official start or end to the sale, as the event seems to grow longer every year.
Vendor booths can be found at homes and businesses along the route, as well as in nearby neighborhoods. Large groups of vendors set up at Sevier Rescue Squad, Sevier County High School, Walgreens and Foothills Furniture. The businesses Citizens National Bank, Paradise Salon, Chambers Market, Chip’s Antiques, Real Deal Warehouse, Groceries & More and Sammy’s Auto Parts also host vendors. Many charge $20 per vendor space and use the event as a fundraiser for their favorite local charity or cause. If you are a vendor looking for a last minute spot to set up during the Sevierville Yard Sale, try Citizens National Bank or Sevier Rescue Squad.
Just two blocks off U.S. Route 411, the King Family Library located at 408 High Street in Sevierville is once again hosting vendors with proceeds to benefit the SCPLS Friends of Libraries (King Family, Kodak and Seymour). The library usually holds a book sale that day too.
A multi-family yard sale to benefit Pets Without Parents animal shelter will be set up at the American Legion Post, 403 W Main Street in Sevierville.
Drive with caution as traffic becomes heavy near sale locations.
