Applewood Farmhouse Grill’s Casey DeCoursey Named General Manager of the Year

Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant and Grill announced that Casey DeCoursey, general manager of the Applewood Farmhouse Grill, was named Sevierville, Tennessee 2017 General Manager of the Year at the Stars of the Industry Awards, hosted by the Sevier County Hospitality Association.

DeCoursey started with Applewood Farmhouse in 2002 as a greeter and worked numerous positions throughout his time with the restaurant including cook, server, and baker. Casey was first promoted to assistant manager at Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant before being named to the top management spot at Applewood Farmhouse Grill.

“Casey DeCoursey has been a dedicated, diligent, and loyal employee during his long tenure with our restaurants,” said William B. Stokely IV, president of Stokely Hospitality Enterprises. “It’s been such a pleasure to see Casey DeCoursey grow within our company to not only be named general manager of the Applewood Farmhouse Grill, but then to also be acknowledged by our local industry association with this prestigious honor.”

DeCoursey was given the award on August 22nd at the Sevier County Hospitality Association’s Stars of the Industry Awards.

Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant just celebrated its 30th Anniversary.
