A masked man with a handgun robbed B&R Jewelers in Pigeon Forge on Wednesday just as the store was closing for the night.
An owner of B&R Jewelers, located at 3526 Parkway, let a man he believed to be a customer into the store at 6 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2017. The man then displayed a black semi-automatic handgun and took an undetermined number of diamond rings from a display case and an undisclosed amount of cash, placed them in a gray JANSPORT backpack and fled.
Police described the suspect as male, wearing a mask, gray sweat pants, black hoodie and baseball cap, and gray sneakers with teal laces.
The Pigeon Forge Police Department asks anyone with information concerning the B&R Jewelers armed robbery to call Detective Mark Vance at 865-453-5367.
