Anakeesta invites residents and workers in Sevier and surrounding counties to visit the attraction for only $5, benefitting Friends of the Smokies.
Residents and employees of Sevier, Cocke, Jefferson, Knox, and Blount Counties are invited to visit Anakeesta for just $5 from November 11–17, 2019. A portion of the proceeds from this week-long local appreciation days will be donated to the Friends of the Smokies.
Friends of the Smokies assists the National Park Service in its mission to preserve and protect the Great Smoky Mountains National Park by raising funds and public awareness and providing volunteers for needed projects.
“We are proud to support our Great Smoky Mountains National Park by supporting Friends of the Smokies.” said Bob Bentz, Managing Partner. “So much of what our guests enjoy about Anakeesta is related to the national park; you really won’t find a more beautiful place to view the Fall colors and take in the panoramic views.”
The special $5 admission charge to Anakeesta provides all day access to the park and includes a scenic Chondola ride to Anakeesta Mountain, the Treehouse Village Play Area, Memorial Forest Walk, Vista Garden Walk, 16-bridge Treetop Skywalk with a BRAND NEW NIGHTTIME FIREFLY FOREST EXPERIENCE, as well as access to quaint retail shops and several dining options offering a special Fall menu, burgers, Southern BBQ and seasonal desserts.
Locals are invited to upgrade to an Annual Pass during this week-long promotion for just the cost of one additional full price ticket (plus the $5) to enjoy the park 365 days from date of issue.
