Holiday Inn & Suites, Pigeon Forge Convention Center Opening Soon

Mission Hospitality Group announces its newest hotel, flagged by the iconic Holiday Inn Brand, is set to open on June 30, 2020.

The new Holiday Inn & Suites Convention Center, located at 2905 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, has 109 guest rooms and suites with balconies overlooking the Parkway and Little Pigeon River. The hotel is also home to a full-service restaurant, Casual Pint. Casual Pint offers more than 30 beers on tap and a full-service menu. The hotel is ideally located in central Pigeon Forge and connected by a pedestrian bridge to the Le Conte Convention Center and The Island (amusement park). Ripken’s Stadium and many other attractions are close.

IHG, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, is the parent company of Holiday Inn & Suites brand. The hotel is developed and managed by Mission Hospitality Group. Bobby Patel, the president of Mission Hospitality is a 15-year resident of Gatlinburg. The new Holiday Inn & Suites will have the following features and amenities:

• Our H4 guest room design is a new brand concept that offers flexible solutions that adapts to reach guests’ individual needs as they change throughout their stay. This concept allows our guest to work or relax whenever and however they want and truly make the space their own. 

• An entirely new room type, the King Bed with Comfort Hideaway, features a trundle-type bed which doubles a sofa during the day and can pull out into two twin bed at night. The room design is ideal for both business travelers, serving as a separate place to work or relax and unwind, and families with kids and teens, giving each member of the family a comfortable place to sleep and play.

• A full-Service Restaurant, Casual Pint brings a modern twist to the Smoky Mountain Region. Casual Pint will offer a large selection of craft brews, cocktails and local fare in a fun, inviting and lively atmosphere that our guests will enjoy. 

• 2,500 square feet of meeting space plus an outdoor terrace that overlooks the Parkway that is perfect for receptions, banquets and meetings.

• A heated, indoor pool and hot tub.
